Overseas orders

Please note that we DO NOT accept overseas orders

Shipping

Under normal circumstances your order will be shipped within 2 days from receipt of payment in full. Orders are usually sent by courier and on occassion by Australia Post.

Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once goods have been despatched.

Some orders may take a day or two longer than stated because a product that was ordered maybe out of stock or not available from the manufacturer.

If an item is “out of stock” you will be notified, you can choose to cancel the order under these circumstances.
We do not ship dairy products outside the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges region.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Freight is charged by state capital cities on the purchase amount, the shipping cost may be different for regional areas, we have calculated a number of regional areas and would contact you if shipping cannot be covered for the amount shown on your invoice. If shipping is unable to be calculated at the check-out it is because either we don’t ship to that state without providing a shipping quote or the ordered amount is too much for the standard shipping rates. You will need to contact YVT and we will gladly assist you. 

You can register your freight for $3.00. This option is available at the checkout. Please make sure there is someone available to collect your order and sign for it. If there is no one there at the time a calling card may be left and you may be required to pick your order up from the nominated location or arrange a new time for delivery. Please also note the shipping carrier may charge extra for this service. We do not COD goods.

Please note: Larger orders will incure extra freight charges, this would be discussed with you prior to despatch. Large orders and bulky items are unable to be delivered to Post Office (PO) Box numbers

Any claim for shortages in supply or damage goods you must be notify YVT within 48 hours of receiving the goods; claims after this period will be rejected.

Returns

For the return of goods wrongly ordered and not opened YVT will provide a store credit if goods are returned within 7 days.
The cost of returning goods will be at the purchasers expense.

YVT will not refund or replace a product which has been mis-used, mishandled or wrongly installed. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to follow the manufacturers instructions advice and warnings.

Warranty

YVT disclaims all warranties and not liable, product and service warranties are guided by the suppliers warranty policies, yvt will work with customers and suppliers.
